Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Nil Tiberi, operating as Fine Heart Work (“I,” “me,” or “my”), including yoga, meditation, and mentorship sessions booked through fineheartwork.com. By booking or participating in any session, you agree to the following:

1. Services Offered

I offer private yoga and meditation sessions, as well as mentorship for active yoga teachers. All services are intended to support your personal growth and well-being.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted payment methods will be shared via email or during scheduling.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session: No charge.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours: 50% of the session fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows: Full session fee will be charged.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

4. Mentorship Program

  • The mentorship program is open to currently active yoga teachers only.

  • Mentorship includes 4 in-person classes where I attend your class and provide personalized feedback.

  • All mentorship sessions must be completed within the agreed timeline (usually one month) unless otherwise arranged.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • By participating in any session, you affirm that you are in good physical condition to engage in yoga and meditation.

  • These sessions are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new movement or mindfulness practice.

6. Liability

By participating in my offerings, you agree to take full responsibility for your health and well-being. You waive all liability claims against Nil Tiberi / Fine Heart Work for any injury or loss sustained during or after the session.

7. Privacy

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only to communicate with you and deliver services. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or website updates.
